How we work.
We start every conversation with one simple question. What problem are you trying to solve?
Once we have identified the problem statement, our process can begin.
Discovery: Deep dive into into company - brand positioning and comms, product positioning, materials, marketplace alignment, sales process and strategy, support workflow(s) and technology, personnel, and desired structure.
Assessment: How is the company being positioned in the marketplace relative to competitors? Are you part of the noise or an informative part of the solution? Are your concerns perceived pain points consistent with your situation (perception vs. reality)?
Blueprint: Using the knowledge gained from steps one and two, we clarify needs/requirements, define the objective/goals, and assign the gcorresponding timeline with milestones.
Development: Rapid prototyping of brand/product positioning, sales process and client engagement strategies, enhanced support models (people and tech), and communications reduces risks, assures accurate messaging, and confirms we generate the right deliverables.
Execution: After all research and planning, we will quickly assign roles and responsibilities and begin architecting the execution blueprint - this step includes the generation of deliverables, monitoring of activities and progress, success measurement, and routine check-ins.
