Matt Murphy
CEO | Managing Partner
Matt Murphy has 25 years of experience building high-performing teams in telecommunications, media, ad-tech, cloud, and SaaS industries. His diverse background in sales strategy, product marketing, and revenue operations enables him to quickly unpack complex situations and technology, making planning and strategy more accessible to the broader audiences it is designed to support (internal/external).
Having worked with large publicly traded organizations and early-stage startups, Matt understands the organizational dynamics of each and the importance of proper planning.
Most recently, he served as the SVP of Ad Product, Analytics, and Revenue Operations for Nexstar Media Group, where he transformed the national sales team's sales to cash support model and launched their next-gen OTT/CTV product suite (linear coordination, performance optimization, and measurement). Prior to that, he was the Director of Global Sales and Strategic Partnerships of Encoding.com, where his combined efforts with the team led to a successful exit in 2022 when acquired by Telestream.

Gregg Heil
STRATEGIC ADVISOR
Gregg brings over 25 years of demonstrated success in international product development, enterprise web hosting, cloud, and SaaS services. He began his technology career in 1996 at Silicon Valley's first web hosting company, best.com. There, he developed and launched one of the industry's first hosted e-commerce applications which was acquired by Verio. After Verio was acquired by Japanese telecom giant NTT Communications, Gregg moved to Amsterdam to serve as the European Director of E-Commerce.
Gregg was the Principal and founder of the interactive development agency WEB11 Inc., where he directed the development of numerous sophisticated social networks, broadband video channels, mobile applications, and content management systems.
In September of 2008, Greggory founded Encoding.com and led the organization to be the world's largest and fastest video encoding cloud-based SaaS. Under his leadership, the engineering team developed, amongst other industry firsts, Instant Encoding™ and Vid.ly - theUniversal URL. With thousands of clients and billions of encodes under its belt, Telestream acquired Encoding.com in 2022.

Rachel Allgood
STRATEGIC ADVISOR
Rachel has founded and grown start-ups and served as an executive for the Fortune 500. Early in her career, she co-founded Corsair, a boutique consulting firm located in the heart of Soho. Five years later, she left Corsair to start Isocurve, an integrated branding and marketing company. Rachel led both companies to serve a wide range of clients, including IBM, IFC, BMW, Givenchy, Intel, and General Electric. Her companies donated services to many organizations, including American Express’ Share Our Strength, Broadway Cares, and the Corporation for Supportive Housing.
In 2012, she accepted a role as SVP of Product Marketing for Cablevision. After successfully productizing and monetizing set-top box data and addressable advertising with a team of analysts and data scientists, she was recruited by Cox Media Group. She served as SVP of marketing and consumer insights for their digital ad sales group, Gamut. In addition to orchestrating the brand's launch, she instituted and established the first department within the organization to oversee ad sales marketing and research, creative services, data products, public relations, social media, and trade events. She also served as interim president and managed the company, realigned the organization, developed business and product strategies, and implemented tools and training to boost performance and increase revenue.

He began his career as an Individual Contributor and has progressed to Senior Strategic Sales Leadership positions. Mike is a dynamic leader with a proven history of successfully building, training, mentoring, and leading local and national organizations. He also has a proven track record of combining a consultative sales process with a hunter mentality to engage new clients and nurture them into huge value partners utilizing industry expertise, structured KPI measurement, and continuous process improvement.
